Buying Tickets On-Line: To buy tickets on-line, click the "Buy Now" button for that show on our calendar page. You may then pay for the tickets with any major credit card, through the PayPal payment service. Learn more about buying with PayPal.

Buying Tickets By Mail:  Send a check, made out to "Sanctuary Concerts," to Sanctuary Concerts, 361 North Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07043. (Face amount of the ticket only...there are no other fees or charges). Please include your email address so we can confirm!

Buying Tickets at the Door:  Our ticket desk opens one hour before each show. We accept cash and checks. 

Getting Your Tickets:  Sanctuary Concerts does not use paper tickets, so you will not receive a ticket from us. Instead, your name will be on the "paid" list at the door on the night of the show. If you purchased using PayPal, your confirmation will be this screen. If you purchased by check and gave us an email address, your confirmation will arrive by email.

Seating: All seats (other than the first couple of rows, which are reserved for our Pick Six subscribers) are general admission. The concert hall has only seventeen rows (approximately 350 seats) plus a balcony (75 seats), so all seats have an excellent view. The doors open at the end of sound check, no later than 30 minutes before showtime.

Refunds: As a result of contractual limitations, as well as our own lack of resources to accommodate patrons whose plans change, there are NO REFUNDS for tickets purchase in advance, unless the concert is cancelled.
